Diplomacy:
- We were offered maths by DR again.
- We can't offer IW to LB anymore. LB is now up to par with DR on techs (missing out on literature and MM)
- summit meeting with Babylon and BOH has been arranged for the weekend.


Remarks
- DR and LB have obviously been doing bussiness. According to the outcome, it is feared that they agreed upon an alliance. A 4-fold alliance vs DR therefore doesn't seem to be feasible, regretably.
- DR removed the barbarians they popped themselves many centuries ago. Their warrior is now 4/4.
- Thanks for the support on the settler, Rhot. Therefore, I pushed through on the settler, not wasting any shields. Redistributed WF's in BC-52's, AbbA, U2 & Nirvana.
- With barracks in 4 turns chopping would have been a waste. therefore worker McM is now on its way to connect the future city of hmm... Live to the nation.
