Does anyone know if this game has been localized for exsample in Spanish?

If Spanish isn't just an example, but it's actually the only language you're interested in, the Spanish Civ forum would be the best place to ask:

I don't know of an official Spanish version, but if there isn't one, some of the Spanish players may have translated it themselves...

English, French and German are the three official versions of the game.
But Mercator is right: the Spanish Site is very active (and offers a very good selection of scenarios) .
So is the Polish Site.
