I've noticed that some users are able to include a line in a quote that identifies the quote source. I can't figure out how to do that.

This is what I get if I use the quote option:
quote: This is what you get if you use the with quote option: |
I still don't get it. The quote attribute is always is a smaller text size and appears to me to be done automatically somehow without manipulation (cut, paste, or quote text modification) on the users part.
