I understood all the rules except this one. If a human can convince an AI to make peace with a human there is no harm in that UNLESS the decision to accept or reject that peace is then made by an AI on behalf of said human.
I have never tried to convince an AI to make peace with a human and the only real advantage I can see is if the human is a pactmate where you are really trying to help them OR if the other human is being agressive and you want them to take a reputation hit by "breaking" a peace they had no part of making
