How is the planet visible? I presume it must be an emitter of radiation, because I don't see a brown dwarf at twice the distance of Neptune giving it much of a reflecton.

In any event, I would like to put as big of a visible light telescope as we can on orbit to look for exoplanets. It will cost a billion or so, but this stuff is the ****.

Jupiter emitts lots of EM band stuff, and infrared.

What part of the spectrum is that photograph in? I doubt it's a visible light spectrum photo.
