I hear she's not being charged with any crime either. Unbelievable.

I admit I haven't paid attention to this story that's been going on this past week. Until I heard the news today. I really get tired of the racist media portraying missing white girls and white women, but they won't cover missing mexican girls from my city.

Why is it always white women that get national news stories?

Anyways, this ***** fled her wedding because she got cold feet. She called 911 and said she was kidnapped. And thus began a national search for her.

I agree with you about the racist aspect.

During the early 1990s, when the crime wave was at it's peak, there was a white family that took a wrong turn and ended up in the hood, and their car got fired on. It made national news.

But kids were getting shot up every single day in that neighborhood and nobody gave a damn. It's like we think that those places are off in another country or something. But when one of "ours" gets shot, well than it's actually important.

Personally I think she should have been charged with something and fined. No jail time, but she should have to pay for the law enforcement resources that she tied up searching for her irresponsible ass.

I just heard about a case like this over the past week. Over a hundred Mexican girls found abused then shot near one part of the Texas border over the past few years. The Mexican police appearently forced an American tourist to confess to take the heat off of themselves for not finding the guilty party. PH, yes I agree this is exactly the reason she should be penalized. Rather in terms of paying back, than jail if it was up to me. Throw her in jail and again society ends up paying the bill, so rather since the case was mostly about resource wasting, I say make her pay back. I don't care how.. maybe those community helping things, I don' tknow.

I don't know if there needs to be a message sent, the message is crime doesn't pay in the US already, meaning if you get caught, you will go to buttybuttyprison for a long time. So maybe there can be exceptions made without hurting the message, but not paying a single dime back in this case is weird, sine the reality is, she did waste valuable resources.. Not just some resources, but police and rescue resources, which I would pretty much rank the #1 resource in society. People shouldn't have to tap in and pay these kind of thigns with their hard earned money in taxes. This money could have been spent on giving a heart surgery instead, invalid comparison, but resources are valuable.

I'm glad I didn't have to pay for increasing our national security levels, I made a red hot sexy alert, and all the raiding special forces couldn't get their ways, they rigged their flashbangs ready and just before they knocked down my door and came through the windows, they heard the sexy disco sounds of the 70s and saw me in my leopard spandex and they couldn't but join the dance with me. Thus I wasted millions. However it was not my intention and not my fault the SF got involved like that, spendind over 4 hours trying to flirt with me and me having to defend 'sorry I don't swing that way..'.
