LL have disbanded a few cities,

Bongo can you play this one?

If so add 3 workers to Bergbys, 3 to Mirkwood and 2 to Gastoka, don't worry about Gastoka loosing food. Then move 3 workers near enough to Gehenna to be able to be added next turn.

Also Gehenna and Mill Trad don't need any excess food anymore so can just focus on sheilds, switch things so that Mill Trad can produce 10 sheilds per turn.

Then in Camel city switch from the desert tile to a plains tile
