This planet's even weirder than I thought. Water runs up hill out of the sea.

There's a river running through the ocean on the map.
Or the water runs downhill off the mountains to the east (not visible) with such force that it crosses the bay, then shoots up the hills on the other side of the bay.

Perhaps it would help if you posted a picture of said map, or one of the substance you might have consumed before posting?

That is a known problem with the graphics component of civ3. In fact, this question was asked of Sn00py recently (the guy who does all those great terrain mods) -- as his graphics mods show the same type of errors.

He indicated there was nothing he could do about it as it was part of the base programming of the product.

I did attach a picture as an attached file, I don't know where it went.

How do you embed pictures ?
