Forever (well kind of)!

Tomorrow I hand in my last two lawschool papers (one 30 page and the other a 12 page) and I'm basically done and ready for graduation in a week and change!

The only other 'school' I have is a bar review class, which isn't really school, but review for the Georgia Bar.

Then, after the bar, I get to start fulltime as a Pension Investigator for the US Department of Labor (basically I'd protect people's private pensions and healthcare plans).

I just finished squeezing out my last undergrad paper this afternoon. All that's left is some fluff studio art projects, and I'm all set.

On May 24 or 25 I start as a researcher/account exec/assistant for a small, evil lobbying shop in close proximity to the White House. I'll be eeking out the equivelent of $24000 a year. I guess it's a start.

How can you be so sure? the truthness of a statement is relative.

A good friend of mine from High School completed law school a few years back and then later decided he hated law. Now he's back to doing biology (his undergrad degree) and seems to be enjoying that.

Put it to you this way, Diss. The last two weeks I wrote about 35 pages of stuff (and edited 20 other pages), with 25 of it requiring full footnoting. Oh, and had a 2 hour exam I had to take in the middle of it.

Not fun at all.

A BILL TO REGULATE THE HUNTING AND HARVESTING OF ATTORNEYS

(Creating section 372: of the California State Civil Code)

§ 372.01 Any person with a valid California state Rodent, Skunk, or Predator hunting license may also hunt and harvest attorneys for recreational, relaxation, and sporting (non-commercial) purposes.

§ 372.02 Taking of attorneys with traps or deadfalls is permitted; however, the use of United States Currency as bait, in denominations of $20.00 or more is prohibited.

§ 372.03 It is unlawful to hurt or trap attorneys inside saloons, cocktail lounges, strip joints, or brothels or within one hundred (100) yards of BMW, Porsche, Mercedes Benz dealerships.

§ 372.04 It is unlawful for a hunter to wear a disguise such as a Hooker, Reporter, Accident Victim, Physician, Chiropractor for the purpose of attracting and hunting attorneys or shout; "WHIPLASH", "CLASS ACTION", or "FREE DRINKS" for such purpose.

§ 372.05 The willful killing of attorneys with a motor vehicle is unlawful. If an attorney is accidentally struck by a motor vehicle, the dead attorney should be removed to the roadside and the vehicle should proceed to the nearest car wash.

§ 372.06 BAG LIMITS PER DAY:
