Regarding the anal probing, it it thought that the aliens have learned all they can learn from such posterior activities and have moved on to tenticle nostril raping. That's bizzarre. That's really bizarre.

The entire universe outside the earths atmosphere and is an international territory per UN treaties .

Yes, the human race owns the whole universe.

Any salvage on other planets, I think would be subject to the same laws as ships that have sunken recently in international waters.

I'm not sure offhand . The person who finds the salvage has the rights to it but the original owners get a cut as well.
