City stuff: Felinicity grows. It should grow on to the newly irrigated plain; if not, move it there. (May have to vacate it later for PoA, though)
Babylon grows, should do so on to the sugar or roaded bonus. I'd say leave it there for now so it can grow. However, we do need to consider having either Babylon or IT spend a turn working a 1-food forest so that Babylon can complete its barracks efficiently and one turn sooner.
GoT is still using the forest for an extra spt. I think we should keep it like that for 3 more turns, as long as the forest is going to be around, then gear it up to 4 fpt for perfectly efficient growth in 4

Worker stuff: BW4 should road the horse.
BW2: Add the full "worker" in to the name and then start chopping.

The northeast, where Felix is. Do you think he should proceed round the Euphorica gap before healing? I figure there's not much danger in barbs, and we might as well go in while we still can. If he manages to reach the other side of Euphorican territory without running out of unclaimed land, he can always heal then.

I'd keep a 2/4 unit moving myself along the edge of a culture boundary unless I actually see a barb.

Yes, explore as long as we´re still able to. If he falls victim to a barbarian, he won´t be able to explore anymore but won´t cost money; If we leave him healing and borders expand he won´t be able to explore either, but he would then cost us upkeep...
