Simply direct your biggest speakers at the assaulting car and put the loudest darkest metal thing you can.

Replace your fiberglass insulation with one of the newer varieties of cellulose insulation. It's much, much, better at sound deadening. Then you just have to worry about the windows, as already mentioned.
