Not at the moment. Atkins requires a constant supply of meat, which requires a better income than I have. One of the things Atkins did for me though, was get me to prepare a lot more home cooked meals. My food tasted a lot better than what I had been eating. I figured, as long as I'm not on the diet, I should eat what I won't have when I go back on the diet. Home made bread is really quite yummy.

Yeah Dolores has a bread machine and makes wonderful cinimon raison bread. Great stuff. Makes excellent freedom toast.

Dang, that chuck shoulder really didn't turn out the way I wanted. I braised it in vinegar, and now it's really tangy, but not in a good way.

Good idea. I've got a hot mustard bbq and a sweet honey & tomato bbq. I'll give the 2nd a try, cuz if it works, the wifey will be less upset with me.

Worth a try, though. Pepsi is coming out with a Splenda Diet drink as well. It isn't totally with splenda, but half splenda and half other sweeteners used in the original Diet Coke.

This mountain climbing thing is unreal. This guy with a broken leg crawling off this mountain in peru. Sucking muddy water off rocks and puddles...man!

I think I'll get a nice root beer.
