Logout Link Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

Put simply, the logout link on the main forum index seems to be in a not quite obvious place. So I was wondering if those links could be moved up with the details?

It may be style-specific, but there is no log out link on this page. The only way to log out is to go to the forum index first.
