That's already very, very bad. Religious intolerance/conversions, colonization and exploration are extremely important elements in EU2, that are nearly inexistent in Vicky.
besides, in EU2, your regime is more or less apt for diplomacy, economy, commerce etc. (the political slider system) which doesn't work in Vicky at all.
There's also the world market, that is a large problem: EU2 countries didn't have access to all of the world's resources (because of insufficient exploration, transportation, and because of mercantilism). Short of shutting down the world market, and make each country strive for its own resources (which is unrealistic as well), I don't see how the problem can be solved.

You could get around the WM issue with a suitable allocation of prestige (although with only the one everybody outside Europe is going to be royally screwed).
Religion could be 'simulated' by event (increased RR etc) although with a hundred odd countries and many more provinces you'd be pretty stretched to do it all.
Basically it seems like an awful lot of work without a great deal of reward?
