Certainly the beautiful landscapes and historic townscapes of Northern Ireland suffered grievously from a lack of investment and tourists and (under)development of infrastructure until the Good Friday peace accord which bropught a brief glimmer of hope.

Corruption is a spin-off, but then links between criminal subcultures and both sets of paramilitary groups in Northern Ireland seem to be a given now.

I would have to disagree.
I believe the vast majority of the players know the difference between real life and game life. Those very few players who cant could ruin things for the rest.

believe it or not,someone out here 'pillaged' the road we live on a dirt road as it bends around a lake,and this nut(lost some legal claim of putting a house in) used a shovel to dig holes in the road and put fenceposts in it,then held people upand wouldnt let em through he didnt get arested tho(the road WAS on his property technicly) but he had to fill the holes up and the road commision had to come repair it

on another subject- a 1/2 bathroom has a sink and toilet but no shower/tub. In the house that I lived in Norway we had ~2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, a similar number on the second and 1 in the attic- therefore: 5 or six (there may have been one that I forgot about and I think that we had at least 1 half bathroom, but I cannot remember as it was over 14 years ago since I last lived there.)... and then again two families lived in the house so perhaps that number does not count.

I do not think terrorism is necessary in cIV as a seperate feature. Too complicated in terms of how it should be implemented referring balance, and it would likely do Firaxis and Take 2 harm publicly. In essence, unflagged nationality units provide the same concept as terrorism.
