I'd slice and dice whoever made the script so that his mom dies the instant he gets a chance to free her, after having been separated for 10 years. That's just terrible storytelling in terms of having any credibility to it.

Anyway, I have to say Attack of the Clones is my favourite of the series, edging just ahead of ESB. Maybe it's to do with the fact I've only seen it a couple of times, unlike the other movies. It still has a lot of new "content" for me when I do see it.

And I haven't seen RotS yet.
