	How can I... Tired of ads?

Stop Apolyton from emailing me when someone makes a response to my subscribed threads?

I don't want an email – I just want the thread in my control panel so I can get to it quicker.

I hate email from lists.

If Kuci or anyone spams this thread can Ming please ban them and given them a 100% PCR (that should fix those Spam Deitys).

But that only makes it impossible to actually subscribe to a thread

I have wanted this for a long time, but since I got gmail I haven't got any of those mails because of my filter

I always use the "My Threads" link. It's a nice way to have an overview of all threads that I posted in.

I agree that this is a feature that should be delivered. I can't see how the current configuration useful to anyone as most people probably get a ton of these notification emails due to the volume of threads posted to.

I default to using My Threads/Your Threads.

I use "My Threads", but there are a couple of threads I post a lot to (like the Desktop Thread) that I'd like to have a handy link to on my control panel page. I don't want a stack of emails from Poly on any account, and I don't want to block Poly from emailing me since a few times there is actually a point to the emails.

I guess that this thread can stand as a request for such a feature if Markos has time.

No it doesn´t. It works just fine for me. Allthough I get a strange blue screen that wants me to login to some webmin server that doesn´t recognize me But the thread shows up in my subscribed threads page, so...

Yeah, the My Threads page works fine for me most of the time. I hardly ever get involved in threads that require my absolute prescence anyway...

But your perfect solution is blocking mail that doesn´t get sent anyway? Or what?

OK, my experiment failed.... I got two notifications of new posts in threads I was subscribed to for about 5 minutes despite the fact that my e-mail notification is turned off.

Back to the drawing board...
