Troll and counter troll - one of my favourite games . Why not "accidentally" print out this thread and just leave it lying around ? That should escalate it .

The trick is to keep the game balanced , and seesawing - you win most of the times , they win just enough to keep their hope alive . It's fun , try it .

In any case, men do their fair share of this kind of talk as well. but they actually mean it. So perhaps men are evil.

I've heard some pretty demeaning talk by men at break rooms before. Not by myself of course. Yes everyone considers me a mysoginist, but I treat women with respect.

As a manager I have to watch constantly what is being discussed and if I hear anything, due to the current laws, have to take action so as I dont allow an "atomosphere" of tolerance of the wrong activities.....

I would of course be very careful if you are in any sort of supervisory role, as any such comment, while being humorous and maybe not mentioned now, could say in 6 months come back to haunt you..when all of the sudden a member of the EEOC and a lawyer show up to discuss what has been done at the very acceptance of the management of that company..
