I love turkey.
To me, USA needs more Thanksgivings.
Anyway, do you like white or dark meat better?
Does that include chicken?

white of course, not that it makes me racist or anything.

I save the dark meat (or mother does actually- as I can't cook) for stews and such. So I don't actually cook chicken or turkey. I buy it already cooked. Or I get it during family events such as Thanksgiving.
