Hey, wait! I AM Imran! Wooo!

Busy, busy day today. Got some nice eaten, but running around a lot as well. I picked out the new TV that my parents said they'd get me for graduation (a 30 inch CRT HDTV... I can't afford one of them LCDs or Plamas). They are going to deliever it on Thursday (I'm not Supercitizen, 150 lb TVs are not for me to lift ). Though we built the new TV stand today... it's pretty nice.

My friend just bought a new horse yesterday (and now she's poor) and I went to look at it. So that was fun.

Of course while all of that was going on... raining.. bah!

Studying for the bar exam. It's at the end of July, so I'm taking a bar review class and working part time at my job.... and then reading a bit of the bar review stuff when I get home.

Hey Imran, why don't you move to California. Lots of sun here today. and the hardest bar exam in the country. Last February's pass rate was 40%, up from 33 1/3 the year before.

Actually it ISN'T the hardest bar exam. Just has the lowest passage rates because of who they allow to take it. California is the ONLY state in the country that allows people who haven't graduated from an ABA accredited law school to sit for it. California's numbers are brought down by the massive numbers of paralegals and other types who think they know the law, but don't have the background to pass it.

All in all, California's isn't that hard. Their Multistate Bar passage mark is fairly average. Unlike, say, New York.
