He posted here years ago, but whatever happened to him? I have been around the internet for a long, long time, and he is still the most extreme -- yet intelligent -- Marxist I have ever met.

hmm... that brings into mind another question-

how long ago did n.c. say goodbye, and where did he go- I seem to remember a departure thread, but can't quite place that in my memory.

I'm surprised you remember Red Trotskyte- I don't think I've ever seen him post- I think his last major postings predate even my registration date- and you registered about 2 years after me... How did you come to know him? Or were you merely perusing the archives?

If you consider this my "Ben Kenobi" name it should give some insight into how I know him. I do not remember why I thought of the name -- maybe it was that thread about the most "harmful" literature of the past two centuries. Either way, I remember some of his ideas being pretty out there. He advocated the abolition of "he" and "she" in favor of some gender neutral third person pronoun, for instance.
