Six Feet Under Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

The fifth and final season begins tomorrow at 9. That this will be the final season of a great show was something that saddened me, and secretly I have a hope that it is only "final" in the sense that The Sopranos was in its "final season" for something like three seasons. Still, part of me is glad the show is choosing to take the high road and not exhaust what has been a quality drama, and I look forward to the new season.

So, how about you? Sad that it's leaving, excited for the new season? Considering that I watch almost no non-ESPN TV other than this and the Simpsons, my options are coming to an end very soon.

It is (horrible) German for "The Black Hawk" or "The Black Falcon" if you will. According to my German dictionary, the word for chicken is das Huhn. If I were "Black Chicken," it would be "das SchwarzesHuhn."

Not per se horrible. As a name for a certain type or subspecies of hawk/falcon it would be ok - if such a type exists (don't know). But for example I know for sure in German one type is named "Graufalke" (grey hawk/falcon).

T-minus 1:47 till it returns, EST.

I only picked the show up mid third season, unfortunately, so I have been playing (expensive) catch up by renting the DVDs for released seasons 1-3. I am mid season one right now. Blockbuster charges each individual DVD, which holds about 3-4 episodes, as one rental. Luckily, the library did have part of season one, but DVD borrowings there are luck of the draw since they are popular.

Haukata (verb) means to take a bite

Haukkua means to bark (dog) or to trash someone (verbally), and Haukku could be dog or one single bite.

Hakata is to beat someone. Could also means to 'hack'.

Haukata hakatusta haukusta haukan lailla would mean 'to take a bite from beaten dog like a hawk'. I **** you not.

I'd say Finnish language is superior, I could go on and on. All you got is HAWK. *blank*
