	I'm going to apply for a security job. Suffering from ads?

At the casino. It would be more than $3 an hour more than I'm now getting and it would be safer. Now I have to take the casino shuttle all over the place, late at night, pick people up at dive bars... I'm by myself and sooner or later one of the drivers are going to get involved in a fight. Drunks are pretty roudy in the bus sometimes. Mostly just blowing off steam but sooner or later one is going to turn nasty. If I'm going to get involved in something it would be better to be getting more than minimum wage for my trouble, as well as having a half a dozen other guys available to help out, as would be the case in the casino.

Funny story last night. A pit boss is explaining blackjack to a new dealer. I'm standing there listening and adding occasional wise ass remarks. So the pit boss is in a good mood and he tells the dealer, "if a customer has a 20 and splits he's an idiot. You never split a twenty. If you had a 20 inch dick would you cut it in half?" And he's got a big grin, you know. So I chime in, "If I had a 20 inch dick I ALREADY cut it in half". Funny how we wouldn't tell the drinks girls what we were laughing about.

Geez, at least they could give you a taser or some pepper spray. They really come in handy when you're asking for a raise.

I don't think they want white people on the Rez with guns. They haven't had good luck with that.

There's a difference in those jobs IMO, as driver, you just say screw it I'm a driver, but in security, you have to go when trouble is there. But then again if the casino is kind of .. peaceful, then it shouldn't be a problem in general I'd suppose.

Word is essentially like all other word-processing programs out there. Little icon thingies up at the top.

One cool feature is that if your write a letter, you can go to "Tools" drop-menu then to "Envelopes" and the program will copy the address off your letter and put into into the right place on an envelope.

it's something you will learn if you use computers (like you do posting here). You will have no problems. Only thing you have to learn is where you can find all the things you want to use (like font) etc. That's it.

It's just word processing.
