Really, it would be taking the high road and just embarassing China instead of reving up the military rhetoric."

I wouldn't scream at anyone, but fish are expensive. These are US citizens tax $ we're talking about. The Chinese and their trawler are far from home, they can learn to fish on the way.

Cut up the ship and then let the Chinese take it back just like they did to our airplane. Or we could just act like the Japanese and threaten to torpedo any Chinese warships which wonder into our waters.
