Chapter 21

Zol Ventris sent a lone Laserfrigate to attack the forces of Min Grah, and found it was confronted by about half of Min Grah's fleet. Both sides manouvred, and then the Laserfrigate was Torpedogeddoned.

Skanky Burns loses 1 Laserfrigate.

The rest of Min Grah's fleet, 6 Torpedotitans and 11 Fightertitans, was attacking the bases of Zol Ventris, who supported his two surviving Fightertitans with a swarm of 40 Laserfrigates. However, Zol Ventris forgot that the titans were still about and neglected to order them into battle. The frigates advanced alone against the advancing titans of Min Grah...

It would have been indeed. But I don't know who'd have won: you'd have dealt horrible damage with your torps, but you'd have taken horrible damage during the M and the second phase.

I thought Skanky would be OK because he was going with the most predictable one, and you have a tendency to outfox yourself. I had called your OOB at LML-FTF. I told Skanky not to lead with fighters, and that was all that I said on the matter.

Interesting factoid:

At the beginning of the Great Battle, the Galaxy's combined fllet tonnage was 1636. It shrunk to 458 during the battle.

The galaxy lost 72% of the combined fleet in that one battle. It will take years for me to produce these ships again, and to massproduce all the crewmembers again.
