	Bush, Kerry Had Similar Grades at Yale Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

During the campaign, Kerry was portrayed as the intellectual candidate who was far smarter than Bush.

Well, the truth is a bit different. Transcripts show that both Kerry and Bush got similar grades at Yale. Kerry had a cumulative average of 76% and got 4 D's during his four years. Bush had a cumulative average of 77% his first three years and got 1 D during his four years.

That alone says nothing about their time in Yale. Cumulative average says nothing, if you get perfect score from wine tasting and blipblip, and suck at the major. And evne still, it doesn't say anything, if they had the same grades in same courses.

And intellect has nothing to do with school grades.

I didn't get good grades in HS. I'm aceing in Uni.

Kerry finally authorized the release of his full military records last month. What did they show? That the Swift Boat Veterans were indeed a bunch of lying scum. Many of those now criticizing his actions are on record at the time as praising his service.

The question is, why didn't Kerry authorize this back in August/September? There was utterly no reason not to do so, as it would have refuted many of the allegations made against him and shown that his accusers had no credibility. What a bonehead.

I can't be bothered to read the Fox story, but is there a reason why you only mention the first three years? I really hope you're not essentially saying, "Bush and Kerry had similar grades if you only take into account Kerry's bad grades and Bush's better grades". That'd be such a spindoctorish thing to do.
