It's amazing the way these CHP guys can stop an entire freeway and have it started back up in less than a minute. They are getting really good at it.

Unfortunatley I guess there is not practice for this.

I think that the pitt manuever and spike strips were banned in LA County until just this month. That was very surprising. I didn't see what happened, but saw the van spin out, did they spin him?
