That makes it fourteen. This will be a rather large league, so we'll have to be somewhat flexible with the roster requirements.
I'm closing the signup for the first league. League settings discussion and signup info will follow tomorrow.

Zopper, I suggest we make 2 lists - one with all the people who want to play only 1 league, and a second with all the people who want to play 2 leagues. We can divide up all the single league people into both leagues so we don't put 'em all in the same league. |
We'll do that then. If you commish the other league, then that'd be perfect.
I'll PM everyone so that they can submit their league prefererence.

I'll play in just one league.
Preference? Not really...league 1 (??)

I expect no major differences. The two Poly leagues had some big differences between them last year, but I think we can maintain a single set of settings.

I'd like to play in a league but I need to know how we're drafting. I know some people like to get it done in one day and I doubt I can commit to that. I'd also like to know when the drafting may take place - i.e. now or sometime closer to the season in July. If the draft is early there's a chance someone could get hurt bad by some freak injury to a starter.
Really the biggest thing is that I don't want to be known as a jerk if something comes up and it takes me awhile to draft. |
We're doing a slow draft. Each players gets 24 hrs to make a pick, although I'm leaning towards making it 12 hrs (with leniency during the weekend).
Selections will start in July, and the process usually takes four or five weeks.
Injuries are inevitable. Last year, Kellen Winslow went down and Ricky went... out. It happens, and everyone accepts it (although there was quite some controversy over Ricky last year).
