well, my team consists of two active members who only communicate via chat (MSN, mainly), therefore don't post anything in the private forum unless we really need to. We are both in Europe, so if you want to join our team, it would not be imposible for you to activly participate, although it would be useful if you could attend the majority of the turn chats.

However, if you want to join a larger team, (and I don't blame you there) Euphorica, Blood Oath Horde (similar to GoW...), Babylon and Desolation Row would make better teams, as they are still mainly based in the fora, and have more players (AFAICS).

Just join our group (Ankh-Morpork) and send me a PM and I'll authorize you
Once you enter the team we might do a little reorganization and you will learn the details. Our situation is not so bad because we are still first in some categories and areas.
I think we have signed a peace agreement with the Horde and I won't tell more on a public thread. So, we are not cause perdutta and you will be not forced o search for another team after a month or so.
