Browse Apolyton AD-FREE

a script is run every 5 minutes to check who is on the irc server. an html file is deleted and then rewritten. it's a couple of seconds in between but if a forum page asks for the file it will show a error

there's obviously a better implementation for this but the whole issue is not at the top of the list
