Why would BoH attack AM, and not try to take them out? So that they can have vassels to help wit their economy?
Why would BoH and AM have a RoP? So that BoH can get to us better with AM roads.
Why is BoH so interested in us moving troops into the DR war, so that we get bleed some and that they are far away from us when they attack. To also keep possible allies against them at each other's throats.
With BoH having a 8 pop Cap, it's not beyond reason to assume that they can build a 2 turn Horseman (which upgrades to their UU with Chiv). That coupled with their wars of agression makes it very likely that they are trying to get a MGL to build an Army of Anchient Cavalry. They have built the first AC this last turn, they need 2 more to fully fill out an Army.
Then, it;s only a matter of time before they come for us. As it is, it does take time for AM to Road across the area and build a proper unobstructed path towards us.
When it happens, and I think within 50 turns, it will be a combined AM-BoH force, coming from multiple directions. Maybe with BoH getting LB involved. If anything, if we do attack DR, BoH will look to have them helping them, though AM.
Then again, I could be wrong, but we are the best of most of the stats. Why not work against your greatest rival, though various means?

E_T, the analysis is spectacular. What indications do the stats show? If there is a possibility of BoH sharing a road with AM to attack us, that is not nice. Difficulty with your post in working out how you see this in stats. Your new vitality is as Kloreep said, nice. Babylon will be strong.
Kloreep, can I have some old saves? There are lessons here for me.

Is AM a Vassel of BOH?
My guess is yes. Odd that BOH didn't brag about what they won for peace. And remember in our discussions Paddy hinted that AM would be next after DR. That could have easily been to put it out of our minds to make peace with AM.
Long term. We need peace with our neighbors. We need to keep BOH on the other side of the island.

Well, there is a lot that you can learn, it does take time. And I'm not the only one to learn from here.
But, for something like Indications as to what roads are being built where (and mines/irrigation/etc), you can find that out by right clicking on any tile that you can see and it will show you the CURRENT value of food, shields and trade for that tile.
For the purposes of roads, if you see the trade value go up, from what it's supposed to be in it's unimproved state, then a road is now on that tile. Like for instance, if you right click on AM's Iron, you see a trade of 0, which means that it's no currently roaded. On the otherhand, AM just roaded their Spices, so then now have their first Lux. If they were using the Lux Slider, they can now save that gold with the lux. Or, they can keep the lux slider the same and free up Garrison troops to move somewhere else (like maybe an invasion??).

Well, I suspect it was something like:

BOH: Become our Vassels and we will let you live. Oh, did you know that your neignbor to the south wants your lands?? We only want your Co-operation and Money while you protect our backs.
AM: That sounds like an Evil Plan brewing up. Let's also save our GA for a little bit later, and while Babylon is Commited to a war with DR, their troops will be far from home. And we can give you a count of Their Units coming to help. And When they are far enough away, we will Attack them and Destroy them. This will keep Euph from getting ahead in techs and get an upper hand in Getting accessto their own UU.

Or Something like that. It's Supposition, brought about by a lot of different things than fit together to show a possible picture which looks like AM is BoH's Vassel. Like a partly completed Jigsaw puzzle, you don't see the whole picture, but enough to get an idea a to what is on there. It also gives you lines of qustioning to possibly follow, to find out more things to eithe confirm or denigh what you suspect.
It's Basic Human Intelligence 101, where you look at things from different viewpoints and try to make them fit what your seing. Sometimes (actually, a lot of times) it doesn't work, but then there are cases, where it would also be so obvious that you wold have to be blind. It's from sorting things out from the "background noise" to make the peices for that Jigsaw Puzzle, but sometimes the peices don't even go to this puzzle and sometimes one peice works in several puzzles.
And So, with everything taken together, it would seem that AM is now BoH's Vassel. But then, it could all be part of a complex plan to make sure that their Competition isn't able to oppose them, when the time somes to take over the world temselves. Maybe the Vassalation was the first step and our talks with them over the AM lands was to get Ammo to use to convince AM to work with them (that and a Gun to your head can do wonders....)

Some history may help - (and again - sorry for not being here earlier for the discussion)..
BOH went to war very early against AM. We actually thought it would be over very quickly - and hence the discussions with BOH on the border arrangement. When we first got involved in the TNA (BOH-Euphorica-Babylon), we were adamant that BOH stop the aggression against AM. Euphorica also put pressure on them - as they clearly wanted BOH's efforts directed against DR - who they were already having troubles with. At first BOH tied to tell us to bugger off - that the AM war was none of our business. we stuck to our guns, explained that it was, and why it was, and said that if they persisted, we at least needed to figure out a border arrangement. That casued them to balk, as they then complained as to why we should get any AM territory if we did not do the fighting. I explained Alliances 101 once again to them - as did Euphorica. We were in the process of negotiating the border deal when they made peace - and this new arrangement - whatever it is. If you read Paddy's most recent note, he almost goes too far overboard in congratulating us on our wisdom in this matter. Almsot as if he is covering something else. Then again, maybe it is just roleplay. Or maybe they are just now clueing in. Here are his words..

I suspect we should talk with AM to find out what is up. It would not hurt our relationship with them if they were to find out that it was pressure from us which called off the dogs.

By ALL means talk to AM. We truely want peace with them. Right? AM being number 2 on the TNA hit list was BOH's plan, not ours.
I'm still in favor of settling that spot, but maybe it can be negotiated with AM.
-Babylon won't settle at X if we get long term peace.
or
-AM can settle X if we get long term peace plus something.
or
-Babylon will settle X. We hope to have long term peace with our neighbors.

I do remember that it was Eupohica that sent BOH back to the table with us when we were stalled over how we'd divide AM land.
