I was able to get a backlog of saves from Kloreep, which allowed me to pinpoint when someone was able to research Currency.
1st civ got it between our 1870 and 1830 saves (between turn 47 and 48). Our next save will be 1400 (turn 64) - a full 16 turns ago, next save.
After looking at a few saves to figure out when it was traded to the second civ, I had found that DR offered us Currency in 1750, 2 turns after it was researched.
It was traded to the 2nd civ between 1725 and 1700 (turn 52). his is still 12 turns ago.
Was DR at war with anyone when this was traded, as that would eliminate who wouldn't have it.
