If the "C3CDG1?" thread contains important rules, why is it not topped? I don't believe I've seen them till now.

Seems to think everything is AOK. But I don't believe his interpretation of 2 is correct, which makes our recent discussions of a time-coordinated attack illegal; and if our contact with other civs is any indication, I believe a lot of teams have flagrantly broken 3.

It's PTWDG all over again.

I actually kinda like some aspects of these rules. The inability to keep military alliances secret till D-Day would probably make them much more fluid and of the moment; one would have difficulty actually planning the thing in secrecy. (And if it's even stricter than I'm think, you'd have to declare war the moment you agreed to fight together, which would make them VERY fluid and pretty much impossible to plan.)

Would make for an interesting game. And perhaps the reason DR is so down is they've been playing under these rules and not forming military alliances.

Damn it.

In the thread Aqualung ressurected there's a list of "Organizers." These seem to be the closest thing there is to admins? I don't know if they've been granted any authority over the already-started game, but at least we have some third party observers on hand. I think we should e-mail them.

I agree with your interpretation Kloreep. And we do have an admin team. And we should e-mail them.

Sorry for my absence. I ws out of town last week and had about 30 minutes of on-line time this weekend.

I should probably contact them. If the turn rolls around to us - can you hold it until we contact them. I will shoot for doing that later today.

No change in the secrecy or state so far as I know, given the rules Aqualung bumped were not adopted. We go public when we have to, IE when our horsemen charge
