UN Amendment #6: Map Trading Increase Your PM Length

Option 3 (as proposed by PAL):
Mapmaking will be made the tech from which maps can be traded freely (this includes screenshots and/or in-game maps).

Do not amend the ruleset in this way.

I realy like option #3. It's more realistic and makes the game more fun to play.
