And some folks apply because they just want to work again. I don't think you are being very fair to the people who are applying to work, some folks are really interested in taking the job, and really want to work. But they need to be given a chance to show what they can do.

That's pretty easy, considering I am one. The maternal side of my family lived under Stalin, and the paternal side of my family lived under Hitler. The regimes weren't all that different from each other. Countless members of my family were shot by the Communists in the Soviet Union, and countless members of my family were killed by the Nazis in Germany.
