So you know, I will be available on Thursday evening, and early Friday, but after that, I will not be available until a week on Thursday

I've opened the save, and FYI, it is not possible to change the spear build in Home to a settler, and I let the WC in helio complete, as we don't want any more settlers for the time beings.
What I think we should do is either change now, or change in two turns. In those two turns, we can build 1 worker in helio, 2 workers in Home, and the settler in Memphis. No other builds would complete.
i think it would be better to change govs in two turns, so the cities can grow back to size 5 in anarchy (size 5 is the base size that I would like all of the pumps to stay at).
According to F3, we are now average in strength to Euphorica. Scary...
We need a name for a spear, and a name for the WC. If you have read "Thief of Time", then you might understand the name Ronnie Soak, there fore I would like the WC renamed Ronnie Soak (In English, Soak is Kaos "chaos" spelt backwards. He was the fifth of Four, the Fifth Rider of the Apocralypse, and that is not a typo)
I suggest Troll moves 3, and chops, to speed the temple, and Mikka 1, to road. the rest is your choice, as you are the better general
