Hello.
Babylon has been called on to give some acceptable terms to peace with DR. TNA needs to come up with something short of DR extermination; else we risk looking like warmongers.
Who is authorized to lay these demands on the table?
What would these demands be?
What is acceptable to TNA?

Herein lies a problem, from my POV...
First off, I don't believe there can be any immediate peace. DR just wiped out a Euphorican stack with favorable unit losses on their side; if we make peace now, all we've accomplished is weakening Euphorica, and Euphorica will rightly not stand for that. We must press on and use this opportunity to take some of their western cities and their iron.
After this, perhaps both sides would be ready to talk peace. But what terms would be acceptable to DR, who will not want to be crippled? More importantly, what terms would be acceptable to us three, who have to worry about DR coming for revenge if they are not crippled? There is not much common ground I see here. Leaving DR around likely means having to deal with them again at some point.
Assuming we could trust DR in that aspect, some good starting terms would be no iron till a specified tech - perhaps GP, perhaps Mil Trad, perhaps the Ind Era itself - so that it doesn't all have to be trust on our part. Limitations on Saltpeter as well, perhaps. After that, land for Euphorica and techs/gold for all of us is about all I can think of. How much would be reasonable, I don't know.

Look in the BOH thread. I contacted BOH. Paddy would like a summit of the TNA.
BTW, I agree. The only agreeable peace would be the item that TNA set out as its goal from the start - to eliminate DR, or at least cripple them. I don't see DR agreeing to that.
But I do think TNA needs to lay a proposal on the table. Something like what you posted above. Let DR say that is madness and would cripple them, but we need to appear to be looking for a peaceful solution. I'd hate for the two neutrals to side with DR. Then we have a 3 on 3 world war - not good.

Looks like we might have another summit soon. What are items that we want on the agenda?
I suggest the following:
1.0 DR War
1.1 Spoils of war
1.2 Are there any acceptable peace terms?
1.3 Are there any terms for peace that we want to publish in the peace thread? You know something that will make us not look like war mongers.
1.4 Confirm that there will be no seperate peace.
2.0 AM
2.1 What is TNA's long term plan for them?
2.1.1 BOH and AM have peace with ROP. What's up?
2.2 AM has so far ignored Babylon's diplomatic emails
2.3 Is AM still next on the TNA hit list?
3.0 Lost Boys
3.1 They claim to be nuetral in the DR war
3.2 1889 started the Peace thread and has called for peace.
3.3 Lost Boys have offered to give info to Babylon about DR troop movements (not very neutral  )
3.4 Lost Boys seem to fear that they are next on the hit list for TNA. True or False?
3.4.1 I hope not.
4.0 Post DR War
4.1 Does TNA continue with warring?
4.1.1 AM?
4.1.2 LB?
4.2 Does TNA continue in peace with its two neighbors, but in a mutual protection pact with itself?
4.3 Does TNA dissolve itself?
5.0 Misc
5.1 Any names yet on those heroic Eu troops that died?
5.2 Any more first techs to be listed?
5.3 Maps - I'd love a picture of AM territory.

DR & LB are both in Middle Ages. DR has gotten Monothesism as their free tech.
So, what does this mean to TNA and the tech deals?
1) While DR is alive AND they haven't traded Mono to anyone else, that tech is cheaper to anyone else. That tech will be 'discounted' while they are still alive, but IF they don't trade it before they are eliminated, then the tech cost goes back to the Base amount. IF they DO trade it, then the tech cost will be further discounted, with their elimination. So, we want to try to keep them alive long enough for them to trade it to someone else.
2) As We KNOW what tech we will have (Feudalism), the other members of TNA can start researching Mono, headed towards Chiv. As we DON'T want DR to get Feud, with MI's & Pikes, we want to try to keep the cost of Feud as high as possible. This would require us to NOT trade it to the others in TNA.
Of cource, Kloreep pointed this out in chat, that our allies might be counting on upgrading to Pikes and MI's. Well, for one, BoH isn't very close AND with theirmostly horseman Army (with Ancient Cav), do they need to have Pikes/MI's and would they even get their in time to even be of help? Now, Euph is definately closer, so they might be really counting on Feud to help redress the balance with Upgrades. But still, would it really help?
The danger here is to let the others "ride our coattales" and profit from having a cheaper tech to recearch. over the same time frame, that gives them more gold to make upgrades.
As we know what tech we will have, the others can immediately start on researching Mono and they wom't need Feud, until they are close to finishing with Mono (for the Chiv Path to be open). So, we should make the other teams work against the Maximun that they can spend, instead of letting them make more gold/ and/or with faster research times.
It defetes the purpose of this alliance, as we want ourselves to make te most of what we produce and that is to keep from letting them from speed up their research/

He might be role playing the Horde Kahn. Doesn't seem like him. Or maybe he is acting as the mouth piece for a very aggressive team.
