Each player has 1 home base, 3 counterspies and 32 buildpoints.

Required:

Orders for turn 1. You may not attack in turn 1. Orders due by Saturday morning GMT please.

Rules:

As per the Golden Rules used in GO 9. Clarification on issue of stockplied BPs - these will be lost if a player goes baseless. Clarification on issue on non-existant defensive OoB - attacking OoB will be converted as default.

For those Overlords wishing to explore the Universe, I have quite a good chart of dozens of exotic star systems. Each certified map costs a mere 32BP.

Do I need one. Well yes. If you are going to emerge from Hyperspace with all lasers blasting it is very useful to have them blasting at something rather than at a vacuum.
