Verto....let me give you an example. I like to travel. I just got back from south america. I also like sports. In Argentina, where i was living, we couldn't get the spurs games. I wanted to watch the spurs games. This would have facilitated that. How, exactly, is that pathetic?

I would just consider my life to be fairly dismal if I couldn't live without seeing some TV show while visiting a foreign country or whatnot. I went a month in Germany without accessing the Internet for more than 3 times, all of which consisted of checking my email(for flight info. mainly) and posting once on Eventis. I can't imagine needing something like this, as I like to think that when I'm on vacation, I don't need TV for entertainment.

Right, so the word "you" in that deragatory post of yours did NOT refer to Kaak but to people in general who would appreciate the Slingbox.

Either way -- insulting Kaak or insulting people in general just because they might appreciate something like the Slingbox makes you look like a jerk in this instance.

anyway, no harm done somethings just can't be missed vert, IE, the sports games. It just isn't the same watching the superbowl after it happened also, i have a little lap top that i take with me when i travel, so i can get online pretty much anywhere. thank god for wifi
