Well I can tell you for sure it wasn't me. Perhaps it was just somebody who didn't understand the severity of what they were doing.

I have to say that I had something to do with that as I was scouting around for glaring ommissions from the Civfan collection and I did provide a link to thunderfall for the bitterfrost files at Spanish. In my naivety I didn't think there was anything offensive with doing that once a scenario was released into the public domain.
In mitigation I cite the case of DST being hosted at the SL site without my permission (which I am quite happy about by the way) and the fact that for some reason Dictator3 was already hosted there.
But having said that, I offer my sincere apologies to you for suggesting that Bitterfrost, a fine scenario, be uploaded there.
I have checked and neither Bitterfrost or Dictator is hosted at civfan anymore. once again, sorry.
