In Germany, I've spent maybe 10€ a week on alcohol (a bottle of wine, and a few beers). Besides, rent I spend maybe 70€ per week. So, about 15%.

Yesterday I bought $22 (3 bottles) of "1.9" red wine. That's how many carbs it has per whatever. Neat thing though, the low sugar level makes it dry, which I like.

2. Questions (well 4 ) :
1. Do you feel comfortable in bars with friends that all consume alc while you dont? Do you go to bars at all?
2. Do you feel comfortable at clubs/partys while not drinking or consuming any drugs while everybody arround you is obviuosly drinking/using? Do you go to partys at all?

Drinkin is ok...but not in excess.

Case in point. Last night was my friends b-day party. I got so sloshed that I was dancing around a cop car and apparently wanted to "get naked for food". My friend just called and told me some of the stuff. Damn. My friend also said I went to a allnight food place and told the cashier "give me something with two F's"

WTF?

First time in bar during the texas polymeet only sober one was tuber he had nothing to drink BK was a lot tipsy.

I'm a not a non-drinker, but my answer to all of those questions is 'yes'.

I can flip out pretty badly when sober, which helps.

I can be 'sympathetically drunk'. All the fun, none of the side effects...maybe that is indicative that I can have a laugh despite being sober. However it makes people who need a drink particularly uncomfortable...

...Going out I can spend around $60-80. Normally I spend that much in two weeks if I just kick it at my friends house drinkin.

I went to parties and bars before I Started drinking (I didn't start drinking until age 22)

and as long as a number of the people arround me were my freinds, I was just fine
