"Spiffor" is a derivation, because Spiff is way too common. I'm quite proud of the derivation (as I'm the only one in the world to use it), but it still isn't the real thing.

are you trying translate yod-hay-vuv-hay, the 4 letter hebrew name of G-d? In English scholars usually say "yahweh". It wouldnt sound too Jewish either, as traditional jews never pronounce that name (though the element Yah is used in names, and the word halleluyah) If anything it would sound like a particularly funky type of fundementalist Protestant, the kind with an obsession over the Jewish roots of Christianity.
