Setting Up IP Games XXVI Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

Well the old one was getting too long, so here's a new one.

Looking to play tonight, not from Mings but from home.

Hopefully around 21:00 Apolyton time. Hopefully try to get in at least 5 hours.

So i was talking to rah last night after he was stuffed to the tail with turkey, you know how those ferrets like birds and we were hoping to play a game tonite obviously but we also were looking to play Sat night as well. Meaning we would like to play TWO sessions back to back with the same people. I know its a foreign concept lately but well, i have been inspired by those crazy folks from down under and their thread, and there is no way i will allow those chaps to out do us. So if you can commit to both days that would be great, if not, well, shucks, i guess the band plays on anyways Probably looking to start tonite around 7pm MST give or take an hour and who wishes to play

MWHC,
It helps the game a lot IMO.
1. No official alliances are allowed. So there is no unbreakable treaties. People do make trade and tech stealing treaties, but since they're just treaties, they do get broken.
2. The first two people to meet don't automatically win. And to make it better, 50% (guessing) of the time the fist encounter turns into a conflict. Anything that encourages fighting makes for a better game.
3. GAMES MOVE QUICKER since two players aren't spending half their turn in the diplo screens. Since maps are traded less frequently, machine response time doesn't degredate. (since the machine doesn't have to continually update unit movement)
4. Tech stealing becomes much more important.
5. The wonder races are more fun, because "ONE TEAM" doesn't end up with all of them.
6. Since there is no tech trading, you can actually build units and have then not be obsolete by the time they get to the front.
