I don't know what to do... Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

I don't feel like reading...

I don't really feel like watching TV (maybe some movie I ahven't seen before)...

hmm... an dhonestly there isn't enough posts on forums that I frequent to interest me either..

I suppose I could go exercise

Id say call a good friend and make lunch or dinner plans then maybe a night out on the town with same friend or add others to the group. This way you kow that your not alone and have company. If you have no friends then id hit the pool and gym. All else fails stay on polly.
