Because most guys don't require exceptional attractiveness as a trait in order to want to f*ck them. Even a woman of average physical attractiveness can be quite sexy if she's funny, smart, or has some other quality that pushes her over the edge.

I don't know anything about her (other than what I've read), but physically she's quite nice. Face is kinda pretty, body's not bad at all, and the pic with the bike is kinda sexy. Add to that the kinkiness of boffing an underage student, and that makes her quite hittable in my book.

Most men are horny beasts. Don't you know this?

She's not attractive. The portrait photos make her look slightly dim, slightly stoned, and slightly like her head was stuck in a vice until her jaw broke. Her body is nothing special. Add to that the utter ****edupness of boffing an underage student, and that makes her utterly unhittable in my book.

While I'll need to see her naked for a full evaluation, shes definately hittable. In school teacher terms, she's hot. compared to most women, she's above average in looks.

"Women", in context, includes anyone of the female persuasion. Choir boys pretty much don't exist here.

Any man or boy who got raped, tho, would, had the suggestion been made law, have been screwed. It would presumably still have been possible to persecute for sexual harassment and sexual intercourse with minor, and where applicable assault.
