Thank you for this place & this new collaboration of nations

Babylon and AM were working on an MPP, before we were stabbed in the back. I envisioned The Org WMD Treaty was to be this world's NATO or UN. The Babylonian plan was to get AM to sign to it then invite other nations soon after the signing. I hoped that all would eventually join in. Feel free to take this document, and comment on it, or edit it as you see fit.

OK scrap it.

Even if it said what they originally offered "If one is attacked the other sends all available units to the other's aide." They would not have signed. We were being set up.

I believe they were planning to attack regardless of whether we approached them, no matter what we could/would have said to them in negotiations.

It's highly probable that they are locked in with BoH this whole time -- perhaps as a condition of the cease fire. Speculation on my part.
