We’ll until people have time to provide some more info, I’ll get this rolling.

We should focus our attention on AM. Kill as many units and hopefully pillage a city before the Horde shows up. Nobody sees any BOH troops so maybe we have as many as 7 turns. Use the troops when you can. This is no time to play safe and leave them forted in cities.

When we find the Horde stack let them see many spearmen and bowmen just before they get to the city, hopefully a walled city on a hill. Just like in the TNA war, the Horde may not risk the losses and just leave AM hanging.

If this happens AM may join us against the Horde, so again read the Code of Silence thread. Let’s not cut off any options at this point.

The Euphorica side here...
We're under a lot of pressure from BOH, with many horsemen apporaching. We won't be able to hold them off very well. We'll start city burning on large scale.

We're trying to do what we can to get a peace deal with DR. Getting them all on board seems very difficult. And I can't blame them for being pissed off with us. Atm thy're not really making reasonable demands for peace and they seem to have agreed with BOH to take us down. They probably have already devided our lands amongst them.

Can't we "hire" the immortals of Persia in a joint venture?

BoH won't be able to be everywhere -- all at once. If the combined intelligence of this fine alliance detects strong moves towards one specfic area, we should be able to shift resources and troop positions to confront the force.

I don't think we can move forces fast enough to put any kind of pressure on BOH in time.

Meadows, all I can think is that there is no harm in telling DR about the troops. Send them a screen shot too. Maybe they can exploit BOH's vulnerability. Slim chance though.

On a grimmer note: Rather than just abandoning cities, think about gifting them to DR. First of all I'd rather have cities go to DR than BOH. Secondly it could start another BOH/DR war.

I was thinking more along the lines of moving cash to rush troops in problem areas. Maybe "interest free loans"?

Well the news out of Euphorica is not hopefull so I'm not sure how much good a few more spearmen will do over there. I'd rather spend my money upgrading my warriors to MI for the counter attack on AM.

As to your other point, information would be very helpful. Where are the maps Babylon promised? What troops can you see? I hope this will be more than just a club house where we comfort each other on our way out of the game.

This information is confidential. It is not to mentioned or alluded to in any way outside of this thread.

In a chat with Krill I discovered that he is not in league with BOH, but just thinks this is a good time to grab some land.

That means that he will not fight long and hard, after all he has to get back to protecting himself from the Horde invasion. We should be able to convince him fairly quickly that this is not worth it for him.

DR has requested 2 or 3 cities for peace. We are not willing to accept those terms. First of all it gives DR a jump off point right in the middle of our core. If you want any 20 turn deals for gold or an ROP we should set them up now. That way they will already be in place if vassalage is aproved. I assume that AM will control your foreign policy afterward and may not approve these deals then. Just a though I had.

I think an ROP is important to have. Other than that anything else you can spare would be helpful. As to BOH, do what you must. I may stay at war with them just out of principle, besides I'm going to have to fight them some day so why give them war happiness twice?

175 gold back at you. Euphorica is just going to die, so if things get really bad you can settle the East coast just like I offerd them. It would be a last resort though.

I'm pleased that you finally have peace with my neighbors. any objections to inviting DR into the forum?

If DR is on board with the elimination of BOH and AM, and you feel they are our friends, bring them in.

Again, Babylon's small attack of DR was to show support for an alliance that proved to be a sham. Babylon should have been friends with DR from our first contact.

Babylon might be interested in that East Coast property.
