Serves them right, there been plenty of debate around here lately for Euphorica to be aware of the feeling of the majority regarding the 24 hour rule !!

To hold the save past 24 hours and not even bother to post a request for an extension is clear contempt for this agreed rule.

Ormuzd cast your mind back a few turns when we were being kept waiting for days even almost a week for one turn, at Euphorica's discretion !

I can understand a team needing a few extra hours in certain situations, but after all the noise here about this issue lately to not have posted at all is asking to be skipped.

Oh, Both of us agree that skipping their turn was the right thing to do, given the circumstances. We are just a bit miffed about not knowing what he would have done.

And I agree with you also, it is a great shame.

I was one of a few voices who called for there to still be allowances if a team had issues meeting the 24 hour deadline. Not many people were prepared to give such allowances.

Still though Id prefer this game to move along now, and can not feel any sympathy for Euphorica, for holding the save past 24 hours and giving no explanations or seeking no extension.

Ahhh I not sure the Bards were holding the save for any particular reason.

As is my way, I was in contact with the teams that play the save prior to us, thus allowing the Horde to have an approx time to gather etc

Spoke with Snoop around time that the Bards received the save. He told me he was not playing at that hour, and that McMeadows may play it soon, if not Snoop would play it later.

So he knew about it, and has been here at Poly thoughout this 24 hours. Yet not seen in these threads for some time.

The save was not played straight away either, was with us approx 7 hours, so he still could have had the opportunity to play, yet no word has been heard from him.

I was just disappointed to see their turn skipped, not that I think it was wrong. There are rules we all have agreed to follow and they should be the same for everyone of us.

I'm glad OPD is back and has the time to watch for this game again.

I think there's been some unfortunate miscommunication recently. As Snoop was very busy recently I was playing the turns (again). As I went away for a few days I was not able to play. Paddy had asked me when to expect the save, just before I left.

Anyway, since we have been back stabbed, morale in the team has dropped quite dramatic, which is the best explaination for all the delays. It doesn't matter that the turn was skipped.

Ah, Now we have Clock nazis...

From what I know or LN, he sometimes has problems with Connection and computer. There have been times that he just disappears for a time, because of those (and more) RL issues.

I hope that this isn't the case, but please don't attach Malice or not caring about playing the save to his silance.

Lord Nuclear told me he would be having problems with his internet access. I suggest we ask another Lost Boy to play this turn. I know 1889 is still around, at least for another day. Perhaps Togas, Mart or Octavian X could help in this situation.

We cant have one rule for Bards and another for Lost Boys !

I seem to remember 1889 being the loudest voice here for skippijng teams who fail to play the save on time.

ET thanks for the latest in a long line of labels but no im not a Nazi.

This game has dragged terribly recently and all teams haved vowed to speed it back up sticking to a 24 hour rule.
