This day almost turned into a nightmare for me. Nothing happened though and I only have almost unnoticable swelling on the corner of my left eye.
I was out to watch some couches and I felt a huge need to take a piss and also I was out of cigarettes, and I was in front of a bar. Perfect. I could get them both done at one place.
So I go in, and I notice a group of girls eating. Pretty looking, so I thought I'd get a coke or something and try to maybe see if something happens, trying to flirt or something. So after I came from the bathroom, I sit in the stool, order a coke and smokes. Then, with my luck, some punk middle aged drunk comes right next to me, I was the only one in front of the desk and now he just has to come next to me, and start talking about his boring life. I couldn't care less but I didn't want him to start be even more boring so I just ignore him and drink my coke, and I would have left immidiately but I had already paid for my drink and it wasn't exactly cheap. So I could kiss the chance of flirting goodbye.
So I just drink and nod every once in a while because I was such a good listener. The fat drunk is talking jibberish, a total loser. Then he starts wanting my smokes, because he's out. I don't feel like offering him any, he already ruined my drinking moment and my possible girl chat moment so forget getting anything from me. I just say well, I dont' s moke. He says he saw me buying smokes so I'm a lying sack of crap. he starts being a bit aggressive, but it's still day and not even night so I think he's just flapping his gums and continue ignoring him. Then I'm about to leave, I turn on my stool and put my wallet in my pocket and *WHAAM*, the ****er tries to glass me. Straight in the face.
I was lucky while being unfortunate with the whole situation, the glass won't break, even though he pushes it to my face pretty hard. It hits the corner of my eye and then the glass drops to the floor, and even then it doesn't break. In less than a second, I'm feeling really really really aggressive as I realize the fat drunk tried to glass me for no good reason at all, and right to my face too. Dangerous stuff, not to mention uncalled for. What a *****. 89999 liters of testosterone and adrenaline pumps into my vains and I kind of push him of the stool. As I was about to stomp him, the bar lady is going berzerk and figuring out what to do. The drunk bastard tries to get up, and in the middle of the battle heat I kind of realize this might turn to my fault, it's still day, families eating and stuff, so I don't even kick him but walked away.
That was my beautiful day. I hate drunk punks, and next time some fool tries to glass me, I will stomp their faces in.
I guess I had some extra adrenaline left. Thanks.
And no I'm not alright. Getting in a bar fight in the middle of the day when little kids with their parents are eating, and people on their lunch break. I hope they saw him attack me with a glass first and me not saying anything to him prior to his attack to justify it.

hitting par, I don't understand, what does this mean?
Anyway I'm pissed off. not because I couldn't have my violent ways, but because the idiot tried to glass me for no good reason at all. It sounds like I was this snob drinking his drink and lifting my nose when he tried to chat me up, that's not what happened, it's hwo I told it because I hate the loser. I was literally minding my own business. He was one of those real drunks, not someone who was drunk today early on. He was a real drunk. And aggressive punk at that. It's not enough that I don't exactly have warm feelings for those kind of people to begin with, but when I tried to leave, he actually takes the beer glass and tries to smash it to my face. With any more bad luck that could have taken my ability to see away. And he wouldn't even go to prison for it. And continue his ways. So I was very furious and I'm still angry at him and the whole thing. And had I taken the path of smashing him, it would have been me who would have spent the day in jail, and prolly paying him some extra from my hard earned euros so he could get even more beer than his regular social security cheque allows him to.

BTW it pisses me off big time when someone's not giving a cigarete. Luckily very few times this happens. As much as asking all the time for one. But I wouldnt attack them.
